The purpose of SpecC Technology Open Consortium (STOC) is to create standard
languages and interchange formats for system specification design using
SpecC technologie. STOC establishes and disseminates SOC (System on Chip)
development methods that realize seamless connection of specification
and design steps through collaboration among embedded software tool vendors,
electronics design automation tool vendors, and systems integrators.
