	General Members: General members can get periodically summaries of discussions in Discussion Team and give requirements, advices, comments and etc. to Discussion Team and Steering Commitee.

Discussion Team: Discussion Team (including members of the Steering Committee) develops drafts of SpecC specifications through e-mail discussions among the team. Each member of the Discussion Team has voting rights for decisions of the WG (final proposal approvals are made at STOC general meetings). How to join LS-WG 1. Send e-mail that states your intentions with your name, organization and e-mail address to . 2. STOC secretariat checks if you are a STOC member or not. If you are a STOC member, transfer your request to LS-WG Steering Committee. If you are not a member, the secretariat asks you to join STOC before, so go to step1 again after joining STOC. 3. Steering Committee registers you to the mailing list, and sends the e-mail that informs the URL of LS-WG web site and its password.
